Rapid Album

Rapid Album is an excellent plugin from Scott Mackie. It is designed to accept image display/animation "templates". By adding new templates the number of visual effects can easily be increased .

Photographic Transitions Available For Each Template
Photographic transitions are the way the current images disappears and the previous/next image is displayed. At the moment there are 12 ways this happens.

Photo Flash
Left To Right
Right To Left
Top To Bottom
Bottom To Top
Pinhole
Pinhole Blend
Bubbles
Bubbles Blend

Ken Burns Effect
In addition these templates each image can show a "Ken Burns" flash animation effect. This effect animates an image by zooming in, out and around an image. This can look great normal photographs but is not so good with images with writing on them (such as cartoons) as the words can vanish off the viewing area before they have been read.
The options for this effect are :
